Purchasing Manager
Responsibilities
Reviewing inventory reports for planning and purchasing to ensure stock is available for customer orders
Creating Purchase orders for suppliers
Managing inventory for many SKU and planning ahead
Receiving shipments and releasing shipments
Following up on orders to ensure timely shipment/delivery
Reconciling and Resolving discrepancies in shipments
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Minimum of 2-3 years of purchasing experience
Ability to problem solve and multi-task
Accounts Payable
Accounts Payable Specialist with 3+ years of experience deriving smooth and efficient functions of accounts payable. Proven track record in managing full-cycle accounts payable, improving accuracy, verifying vendor invoices, and ensuring timely payments
Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including receiving, processing, and verifying 1,000+ invoices per month.
Reconcile processed invoices to ensure 100% accuracy by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
Enter AP Invoice entries in ERP System. Especially for Commercial Invoices from overseas’ vendors
Prepare payment document with 3-way matching
Generate A/P Aging Report to select vendors to pay
Prepare checks to get approval from management to send it to vendor
Reconcile credit card and bank accounts
Reconcile the invoice from freight carriers, file claims, and fight invalid charges
Reconcile payments of Insurances
Reconcile Prepaid Account
Reconcile AP balance related with In-Transit inventory on Ocean
Accrue Freight charges each month
Collect all contract agreements with vendors
Skills
Manufacturing Experience
Knowledge of Payment methods of ACH or W/T for oversea operation
Quick Books, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Knowledge/Experience of NetSuite ERP Plus
Experience of General Ledger
Work well with a team and as an individual
Excellent attention to detail

Order Picker
We are looking for experienced Order Pickers to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of our products. You will operate warehouse equipment to build and send appropriate orders. An order picker must ALWAYS be on time and able to work long hours on their feet. They are strong and able to “pick up” on small details. "This position is a direct hire position."
Responsibilities
Receive and check incoming pick tickets
Locate products using technology
Maintain good attendance, show up on all work days
Retrieve orders accurately according to exact SKUs, quantity and size.
Build pallets with orders and position them onto loading docks
Wrap orders before loading in trucks
Re-stock inventory manually and/or with warehouse equipment
Keep accurate records of completed orders
Maintain equipment and report malfunctions
Adhere to health and safety policies including quality standards
Skills
Minimum of two years experience as an order picker
Valid and current Forklift Certification
Experience in handling pallets jacks and other warehouse equipment
Minimum of two years experience using RF scanners
Experience with inventory and inventory systems
Able to read and write in English
Great attention to detail and efficiency
Very punctual in attendance and meets deadlines
Flexible in staffing and scheduling
Willing to stay overtime if necessary
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
High school diploma or equivalent
